3. Full Overlay, Standard Kick, Flat right side with drawer under. Drain pipe must be 12" off floor min. Height can be what ever you'd like. This one is lower than standard.

15. For a drawer to fit under a vanity, your drain pipe bottom must be minimum 12 1/2" off floor. 13" is better. Or...we can build a 3"H kick instead of a 4"H kick to make 12" off floor work.
